Melt Method

Experience the Melt Method's positive impact on your body's well-being. This all-levels class utilizes a MELT Soft Roller for results akin to manual therapy. Learn simple self-treatments to stay active, healthy, and pain-free. Address stuck stress, reduce inflammation and enhance your overall physical condition and athletic performance.
 
Stella Cooney, a certified Melt teacher with Level 4 training and a yoga instructor since 2002, will lead these classes. 
 
Classes are 10 am the first Saturday of every month,  the schedule is available on our social website. There is an introductory price of  $15 per class. Due to limited rollers, pre-register at stellamelt@icloud.com to secure your space.
