Please join Coach Aimee for a bodyweight and mobility focused training program. This 45-60 minute program is low impact and open to all levels.
 
All proceeds for the month of February are being donated to help in Australia.
 
This class will run every Tuesday morning in February (4th, 11th, 18th and 25th) starting at 9:30am. The cost for each class is $10 for members and $20 for non-members.  Again, all February class fees are being donated.

If you'd like a fun and friendly environment to workout in
 
If you'd like to see improvements in your waist line and see your buttlifted
 
If you'd like to feel more empowered, balanced and energized over your own body
