I’m excited to announce that registration is now open for our self-defense and kickboxing sessions at Thorncrest! Thank you to all those who came out for the free trial class, it was a blast! Classes will be held once a week for 6 weeks, starting on the following dates:

 

Sundays (Starting Sept 8th)
Ages 5-7: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Ages 8-10: 1:00pm-2:00pm
Ages 11-14: 2:00pm-3:00pm

 

Tuesdays (Starting Sept 10th)
Ages 5-7: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Ages 11-14: 5:00pm-6:00pm

 

Thursdays (Starting Sept 12th)
Ages 5-7: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Ages 8-10: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Each week, we'll explore new techniques and skills, with a strong focus on self-defense, fitness, and kickboxing fundamentals. Class sizes are small so availability is limited.
