Tuesday evenings 7:30pm-8:30pm by candlelight (First Class Feb 18th)
 
Friday mornings 9:30am-10:30am (First Friday Class is Feb 21st)
 
Members: $15
Non-Members: $20
 
Breathwork is an active form of meditation using a three part circular breath and is a powerful form of self healing all done while lying down to a playlist designed to take you on an emotional journey.
