Rethink how you exercise every Wednesday morning at Thorncrest!
 
Get together with friends, do a fun and effective butt and ab workout to great music, and then finish off with a healthy and energizing smoothie together by the bar
 
When:
9:30 am every Wednesday morning starting on January 15th until Wednesday February 19th
 
What kind of workout?
50-60 minute glutes, thighs and abdominal circuit training class finishing with stretching and short guided relaxation/cool down
 
Where:
Thorncrest Clubhouse
 
How much?
$20 per class, 6 classes for a total of $120
