After graduating from St. Michael’s College School in Toronto he earned an honors BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a B Comm in Accounting and Finance from Ryerson University. 10 years, 2 children, several houses and a whole bunch of dogs later, Paul lives in Etobicoke with his kids – Nathan and Taylor – who attend Humber Valley Public School and play hockey for the Humber Valley Sharks. After several years working in the private financial sector, in 2003 Paul would follow the family footsteps into real estate joining his mother Carol Nusca at Royal LePage’s Kingsway Branch where she has been a top producer for over 30 years. With a service-oriented, result-driven approach to selling real estate, Carol and Paul would grow their network of friends and clients tremendously over the next ten years. With a belief that by combining professional integrity, personal service and a strong sense of enthusiasm they could achieve exceptional results, the Nusca name would come to dominate much of the residential real estate market in the west end of the City. The team would grow again several times over years to include several licensed sales assistants and administrative support staff. For the past several years, Paul has been honored to be a part of Royal LePage’s prestigious National Chairman’s Club, which ranks the company’s top Sales Representatives from coast to coast. In 2011 he was named the #1 Realtor in Etobicoke for Royal LePage, and the youngest NCC member in all of the GTA. Despite an ever widening circle of clients, the cornerstone of the service-oriented Nusca approach to selling real estate continues unchanged just as has throughout the years.
