Breathwork is an active form of meditation using a three part circular breath
and is a powerful form of self healing all done while lying down to a playlist

Stella Cooney has been a yoga teacher since 1993.  6 years ago she took a melt class and
was immediately hooked.  She is one of very few Melt instructors in Ontario.
